Letter from our founder

I am delighted to introduce myself as a founder of Faith Family Foundation.

My name is Memory Grace Hector, and I am honored to serve in our wonderful community.

I deeply appreciate our dedicated volunteers and supporters for their commitment to uplifting the lives of the homeless, orphans, and low-income families. I am grateful to God for blessing me with a supportive husband and a compassionate team.

Our ongoing projects in Zambia, food pantry, diaper bank, and meals for the homeless will continue to ensure families in Red Wing, America. And Chibombo, Zambia have access to essential supplies. We aim to expand our services, offering professional coaching, counseling, education assistance, and healthcare to empower individuals and families toward self-sufficiency. We rely on the generosity and support of our community partners, donors, and volunteers. Founder

Memory Grace Hector

Memory Grace Hector is the Founder and Acting President of this organization, with eight years of philanthropic experience. She helps homeless people, orphans, underserved children, teen mothers, single fathers, and women in America and Zambia through mindset transformation, teaching essential skills, and volunteering. Memory is an author, fashion designer, social entrepreneur, certified life coach, and mining administrative consultant with ten years in the mining industry. In 2022, she was named as an African Civic Engagement Fellow. She holds a master's in Non-Profit Leadership from the University of Georgia and a diploma in psychology from Alison University. Memory's dedication to philanthropy and continuous personal growth showcases her commitment to creating a better world.

Co-Founder/Tresaure

David Hector

David is a distinguished Management and Program Analyst. He and his wife shape and approve the foundation’s strategies, meet with potential donors, and set the organization’s direction. They aim to improve health and education in Zambia and the U.S. David supports student education in the Holy Land and volunteers at Save My Starving Children. He also raises and distributes funds for three charities. An Army logistics expert and former youth leader, he has a bachelor's in Architectural Construction Technology and Human Resource Management, and is pursuing a master's in business. David enlisted in the Army in 1990, served in various locations, and received multiple commendations, including the Combat Action Badge. He was honorably discharged in 2009 after 17 years of service.
